Just WOW…  I don’t normally post newsy, non-entertainment news items like this, but I couldn’t let this thing pass cause I was just so flabbergasted by it.  Yes, I said flabbergasted. Deal with it.  Jenny Hyun, a Korean R&B singer/songwriter went on a Twitter rant saying that black people should be eliminated from the earth as a result of a comment Floyd Mayweather made about Jeremy Lin’s hype being the result of race.  Here’s Floyd’s tweet: Granted, this is crass and incorrect because Lin’s numbers are kind of insane, but that did not warrant the barrage that Jenny brought out: Well shit! Of course an apology was made, but the standby of “I was hacked” wasn’t used. Apparently, she’s schizophrenic. Jenny Hyun has been admitted to a hospital today. She is a paranoid schizophrenic and has been battling mental illness, a debilitating disease for many years.Friends and family of Jenny want to extend their sincere apology for any harmful statements made verbally or via the web that Jenny has made while she was in the height of a psyshosis episode. We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time for her. I’ll will give them the benefit of the doubt…with a really sharp side eye thrown in. That stuff had to be ruminating in your mind somewhere for it to come out. Just sayin..
