A newly blonde @Rihanna went in during the Barbados Kadooment Day parade this weekend. The 23-year-old singer was recently name the Ambassador of Tourism (is that a real thing? or something like a honorary degree from Yale?) for her native country and took full advantage while she partied it up with her people.
