PETA Is Mad At Reese Witherspoon  Reese Witherspoon was recently spotted out in Cali toting a Chloe Paraty leather and python skin bag, so PETA is throwing a shit fit.  “No matter how much Reese paid for that bag, the animals paid a much higher price,”Nicole Dao, Media Liaison for the PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) told RadarOnline.com. “We can’t imagine that she’d wish to contribute to this hidden suffering, especially for something as frivolous as a fashion accessory that can be replicated with no bloodshed,” said Dao, who went on to explain the grotesque manner in which pythons are impaled on trees and skinned alive for their sought-after scales. Ok. I know that real leather or animal skin products can come at great suffering to animals and I don’t support it. However, I just find it amazing that people sit around scoping for celebrities that use these products so they can call them out and yell at them. It’s a bag…Idk. Maybe I’m a horrible person. I love my leather riding boots. *shrug*

Reese Witherspoon for Marie Claire. She talks about being releved to finally be married again to husband Jim Toth.

“I was hard on myself when I got divorced. And until I got remarried, I don’t think I realized how stressed I was. I feel so much relief. I don’t think I realized how stressed I was being a single parent. It was really, really stressful. It’s not easy on anybody.”

Um… I am not a fan of that statement. I’m sure being a single parent is hard, but many people across this country are raising their children with less than 3/4 of what this woman has in the bank. What kind of codependent example is that to set for her kids? And what about Jim? She just married him so she could have help raising them?

@MTV will be honoring Reese Witherspoon (what’s her Twitter name?) with the Generation Award on Sunday for the MTV Movie Awards.  The reasoning behind their decision is for Reese being “one of the most versatile and accomplished performers of her time.”  I think they hit the nail right on the head with that.  She’s cute as a button too. Congrats! @uncensoredLIV
